Overview:
We are hiring a dynamic and strategic Hospital Manager to oversee daily operations in our emergency veterinary hospital. As the right hand of ownership, this role involves supervising all departments, managing client experience, resolving issues, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise staff, including CSR and clinical leads
- Manage training, compliance, licensing, and scheduling
- Optimize workflow, client service, and hospital organization
- Maintain vendor relationships and inventory oversight
- Handle HR duties including hiring, conflict resolution, and performance
- Collaborate with marketing and medical leadership
- Motivate and support the team through positive reinforcement
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hospital or clinic operations
- Strong organizational, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Leadership and team-building experience
- Understanding of veterinary services is highly desirable
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
